The Brief & Strategic Challenge

For more than two decades, Caris Healthcare has provided specialized, empathetic care for patients and families navigating serious illnesses and end-of-life journeys. Guided by core organizational values of compassion, accountability, respect, integrity, and service, the provider required an updated website that matched their high standards of care. The consulting challenge was to translate this compassionate, trust-driven mission into an accessible, supportive digital environment designed to serve anxious families, medical professionals, and internal care networks during critical moments.

UX Architecture & Visual Interface Design

The project spanned the full digital product life cycle, delivering the complete user experience (UX) wireframes and final user interface (UI) design assets. The structural architecture focused heavily on removing friction, establishing logical navigation pathways to ensure users could locate critical care resources and support services effortlessly. Following the wireframing phase, the visual interface design introduced an elegant font system and clean, modern page layouts. To ensure the interface was inclusive for all users, the existing brand color palette was adjusted to meet modern web accessibility contrast standards without sacrificing core brand recognition.

The Outcome

The project delivered a dignified, accessible online environment that organizes complex healthcare resources for easy access. By leading both the wireframe layouts and the accessible UI design from scratch, the final product provides clear user paths and a compassionate web presence—ensuring that families, caregivers, and medical professionals can find critical end-of-life information with clarity and comfort.
