Six Twelve

Luxury Real Estate Positioning

The Brief & Strategic Challenge

Six Twelve was a planned luxury real estate asset requiring distinct market positioning during its pre-development phase. Brought on to provide senior creative direction, the objective was to develop a refined market-facing brand identity system to build immediate investor confidence and support the property's valuation before construction began.

Creative Direction & System Design

The design strategy draws directly from minimalist architecture, utilizing clean geometry and classic spatial proportions. The visual foundation centers on a custom typographic mark and precise line work. Rather than creating an isolated logo, the project delivered a cohesive brand system built to scale across every necessary touchpoint—including physical site signage, marketing collateral, stationery, and digital environments.

The Outcome

While post-pandemic supply chain disruptions and rising construction costs ultimately led the developers to halt construction, the completed brand system remains a clear roadmap for luxury property brand positioning. The final work shows how a visual identity can represent an unbuilt physical space, giving developers a structured asset to communicate an architectural vision and establish premium market value early in the pre-development cycle.
