Six Twelve
Luxury Real Estate Positioning
The Brief & Strategic Challenge
Six Twelve was a planned luxury real estate asset requiring distinct pre-development positioning and a brand system that complemented its adjacent sibling, Six Hundred West Main.
Creative Direction & System Design
The design strategy centers on a deliberate spatial and aesthetic contrast between the two neighboring properties. To differentiate the assets, Six Twelve was built around an airy, minimalist palette with timeless, geometric typography and rounded arches to mimic the planned architecture, serving as a quiet, understated counterweight to the moody, rock-and-roll vibe of Six Hundred West Main. This custom framework functioned not as an isolated logo, but as a cohesive visual system engineered to scale seamlessly across physical site signage, print collateral, and digital environments.
The Outcome
Although construction was deferred due to post-pandemic, macroeconomic shifts, the completed brand system successfully established the property's early valuation and continues to serve as an active asset for future development. The project stands as a strategic roadmap for luxury property positioning, demonstrating how a cohesive visual identity can communicate an unbuilt architectural vision and preserve long-term market value.
